El sistema de transferencia ShowerBuddy (SB1) transformará su ducha actual con bordillo en una ducha accesible y sin barreras en cuestión de minutos. Esta silla permite que el usuario vuelva a disfrutar de la ducha sin el alto costo, la demora y el estrés de una remodelación completa del baño. El SB1 evita el levantamiento de cargas pesadas y las múltiples transferencias para ir al baño y ducharse. Esta silla se divide en tres secciones: base con ruedas (silla de ducha), puente y base de ducha. La base con ruedas también puede utilizarse como inodoro de cama. También se desplaza por la casa como una silla de ruedas, lo que permite al usuario transferirse y desplazarse fácilmente hasta el área del baño y sobre el inodoro. Una vez terminado el uso del inodoro, la base con ruedas y la base de ducha se conectan mediante el puente, lo que permite que la silla se deslice sobre el bordillo y entre en la cabina de ducha. Una vez dentro de la cabina de ducha, el puente se desconecta y la base de ducha puede girar 360 grados para permitir que el usuario mire hacia los controles de la ducha o en cualquier otra dirección. El SB1 cuenta con un mecanismo de seguridad secundario único que evita que la silla se deslice fuera de la guía y cause lesiones. La silla SB1 viene equipada con un cojín estándar de apertura frontal, plataforma para los pies, respaldo abatible, reposabrazos bloqueables y extraíbles, ruedas giratorias bloqueables de 5", un cubo de inodoro extraíble con tapa, cinturón de pecho, cinturón de regazo y ajuste de altura. ShowerBuddy (SB1) es un producto asistido por un cuidador; no está destinado para uso independiente. Nota: El SB1 solo se adapta a una cantidad limitada de inodoros.

Shower chair was safe and well designed but did not work with our bathtub so, unfortunately, we had to return. Return shipping was $600! I would have happily paid Solutions to use their shipping label at a fraction of the cost
I don't have words to describe how I feel. I was able to go to shower at home after 10 years. Though I have taken shower at rehabs and hospitals but never at home until I got ShowerBuddy SB1.
Well built, easy to assemble, multi functional
Very happy with this product. It is very well made and works like a charm. I have been taking sponge baths for 4 years. I am now able to use the shower.
The shower transfer system is truly a great innovation other than the bridge is a little short. Also, it was difficult to set up on a floor with uneven elevation.
My dad recently lost his leg and has struggled to use the bathroom on his own and clean himself up. With this chair he is able to safely go to the bathroom and can then transfer to the shower and clean him self up a true life saver for for someone trying to regain there independence it’s the simple things you take for granted

We have a tiny bathroom. Husband is disabled with dementia. Even with many handholds, was fearful of stepping into the shower, the 3" rise caused him to get disoriented and dizzy. So, I saw this solution for a tiny bathroom!!! Husband took to it like a duck to water.
I ordered this chair for my dad who has fallen recently. Received it quickly and am happy it is such a solid product. Noticed an issue with one of the wheels called and the issue was taken care of with no hassel and quicker than I thought possible.
