Solutionbased custom cushions are made with two layers of foam. Visco is used in the top layer for comfort, combined with firmer base foam for support.
Standard cushions come in one size, were our custom ones can be made any size. We can also create a custom cushion for virtually any shower chair using the old cushion or drawings
Our custom cushions are made from Visco foam, short for viscoelastic foam, and is often referred to as memory foam. It “remembers” the shape of what’s pressed into it, then slowly returns to normal, hence the name memory foam. Visco is a popular material in wheelchair cushions for users needing comfort + pressure relief.

Popular custom seat confirgurations include, closed front and open front with the standard commode size opening of 7.5 inches. The solid seat is also popular.
Custom back rests are also made to order. Custom backrests are made with 1 inch Visco making it super comfortable. The width of the back cushion is standard but heights can be custom size.
