ShowerBuddy Cushion Connector - SB1, SB2, SB2T, SB3T

The quality of the cushion is fine, not as good as the original. The opening is a 1/2” shorter from the back than the original which makes it tricky for my 5’10’’ lived one. Also, the cushion sits nicely through the mounting holes but the Chisholm falls out of you like to tip your chair on the side to drain the water from the shower buddy. A little disappointing but happy I didn’t have to purchase a new one since they are so expensive and our insurance won’t cover it since they deemed it not medically necessary.

Spoke to them via email because our 7 year old Showerbuddy Chair that needed some parts due to wear and they were so helpful. They sent me the exact link with parts already picked out just had to fill in details. Ordered them and received them within a week. They were so helpful and we truly appreciated their help. Love the Showerbuddy chair it’s so sturdy and has made handling my disabled sister at home so much easier, so happy we were able to replace the parts.
