I waited a bit before submitting my review because I wanted to have a chance to really try out the chair beforehand. I am very happy with my purchase. The chair is sturdy and well made without being bulky. It works really well and has been a blessing to use. Definitely recommend!

Haven’t used it yet, we are waiting to have a ceiling lift system installed and will use the chair with that….no safe way to transfer him into the chair at this time.

Very rude customer service.not worth the money

I use showerbuddy for many years in my assisted living communities and I find it very useful mainly due to its durability, safety and ease of use. I have been a customer for over 7 years and we use it in all my facilities where the wear and tear is heavy and showerbuddy seemed to withstand all the heavy use. Highly recommend and as we grow, we use only this company and product line.
